To apply for the cab bonus, one must be a resident of the municipality of Milan and be in possession, demonstrable through self-certification, of at least one of the requirements of the regulations, namely:

To be physically impeded or otherwise impaired mobility persons with established medical conditions, including accompanied, i.e.:

• People with disabilities;
• People with reduced mobility;
• Vulnerable people, i.e., those who due to established medical conditions should avoid exposure to contact with other people;
• People with illnesses that require ongoing treatment, including life-saving therapies included in them

People belonging to households most exposed to the economic effects from the COVID-19 virus epidemiological emergency, namely:

• Persons in whose household there is at least one member who is employed in one of the sectors contained in the appropriate list of activities restricted for the containment of the spread of COVID-19 virus

Persons in need, namely:

• People with an ISEE of €28,000 or less;
• People who are unemployed or laid off;
• Pregnant women;
• People aged 65 years and older.

The City of Milan reserves the right to request the submission of appropriate documentation to attest to the possession of the requirements declared by the applicant under its own responsibility.
