Employee placement

To add a new employee to the convention simply go to your convention administrator panel, click on EMPLOYEES and then click on the CREATE EMPLOYEE link, at which point you simply fill out the form on the page and the user will be created, the fields to be filled out are as follows:

Through the "create blank template file" button you download the ready-made file with all the necessary fields in the desired format, and after compiling the file you can upload it through the "upload employees from file" button.

Guest Voucher Creation

To create a ride voucher to give to a guest without the need for the guest to pay for the ride in the cab, a "guest voucher" can be generated via the menu VOUCHERS, and clicking on the link CREATE.

At this point it will be necessary to enter the following data:

DEPARTURE PLACE and ARRIVAL PLACE: these are fields that will serve as reminders to the company

ADDEBIT CODE: This field is used by the company to identify the reason for the run, such as an ongoing project

After entering all the required fields and clicking on the "create voucher" button, a pdf with the printable paper travel voucher will be generated.The vouchers issued are valid for 15 days.
