How does payment with Postepay Code work ?
You only need a few simple steps:
- Ask to pay with Postepay Code
- Frame via the Postepay App the QR Code that will be shown to you at the time of payment.
- Authorize payment in Postepay App.
You can pay with your Postepay or BancoPosta prepaid or debit card (except Postamat Maestro) associated with your BancoPosta account.
The Partnership
Radiotaxi 02.8585 offers its customers through the agreement with Postepay, the convenience of a new service and a new way of being able to use its cab service.
*Cashback of €1 will be paid out on spending of €10 or more made until 06/30/2022 and for a maximum of €10 daily. Transactions with Postepay Code at Post Offices and for bill payments at tobacconists are excluded from the promotion. The crediting of the accrued cashback will normally take place within 5 days from the accounting of the transactions on the preferred instrument (Postepay card or BancoPosta current account associated with the Postepay debit card) that the customer will have selected in the ScontiPoste section in App Postepay and/or App BancoPosta. In case of failure to select a preferred instrument, the crediting will be made to the Postepay prepaid card or BancoPosta current account associated with the Postepay debit card with which the transaction was made.The Customer, if he/she finds failure to credit the cashback may request assistance by calling the toll-free number 800003322, within 90 (ninety) calendar days from the date of the transaction made with the Card; after this period has elapsed, it will not be possible to raise disputes related to uncredited cashback.

Postepay Code is the service of PostePay S.p.A. - Assets intended for IMEL that enables the acceptance of payments made by Postepay App holders of Postepay prepaid cards or the enabled Postepay debit cards (the service is not enabled for Postamat Maestro cards). For the contractual and economic conditions of Postepay prepaid and debit cards, consult, respectively, the Information Sheets of Postepay prepaid cards and the Information Sheets of Payment and Ancillary Services linked to the reference current account at Post Offices and on the website www.poste.it, Transparency section. To use the Postepay and BancoPosta Apps, an authentication and association procedure must be followed for the Postepay prepaid card and the holder's current account/debit card, respectively. The Postepay and BancoPosta Apps are Poste Italiane S.p.A. applications dedicated to mobile-type devices, such as smartphones or tablets, which can be downloaded from the App Store or Play Store, depending on the operating system of reference. Internet access conditions for the use of the Apps are regulated by the customer's telephone operator.
