How does Globix work ?

This innovative telematics system provides for the possibility of creating, through an Administrator designated by you of your company, a list of users (your employees) enabled to use this cab payment system. The same Administrator will be able to establish :

- Monthly amount available to each individual employee

- Maximum amount per run

- Maximum number of monthly rides

- Authorization to use the service on weekdays only or weekdays and holidays

This can be changed at any time, 7 days a week, by the Administrator himself including the activation and/or deactivation of each employee.

The administrator will have through the system, the ability to create a different type of payment through "guest vouchers," codes generated to be used in the space of 14 days (unlike the codes generated at the time that expire after 40 minutes) to be dedicated to events, parties and / or events having guests to recognize the cab by providing the code in advance, via email, invitation card, etc.

In addition, Globix allows you to create "charge codes or project codes" (alphanumeric) and "cost centers" so you can subdivide costs according to your needs, projects or internal divisions.

As mentioned, a debit note will be issued through wire transfer or Ri. Ba, while the costs of 1 euro per ride will be billed to you quarterly with the same payment method to facilitate regular accounting and deduction from the tax point of view.

With Globix, your company will say goodbye to paper vouchers, which often create problems for the user and the company itself, every employee and customer movement will be tracked and accounted for properly, and it will also be very easy to go looking for a ride in case the user has misplaced a personal effect, or there is a need to verify the route taken by the taxi driver.

How to use Globix in Milan

Called 02.858785 from cell phone:

• Call 02.858785, Be careful to always use the mobile number registered on Globix's platform!!!
• A text message with the Globix code will arrive on the cell phone number from which the call was made.
• As soon as you get into the Taxi communicate the Globix code to the taxi driver.
• A text message will arrive at the end of the run confirming the amount

Call 02.8585 from a landline number:

• Call 02.8585
• Communicate pickup address and that you will pay with Globix and the cell phone number on which to have the code arrive, always the one registered on the Globix platform
• Two text messages will arrive on the communicated mobile number, one with Sigla and minutes and one with the Globix code
• As soon as you get into the Taxi communicate the Globix code to the taxi driver.
• A text message will arrive at the end of the run confirming the amount

Another way is through the very intuitive and straightforward INTAXI application, in which case it is recommended to have the download the application to users.

Calling via InTaxi app

• Open the "InTaxi" APP.
• Among the desired options , select Globix
• Choose between Call or Book (if booking enter date/time options, click on book)
• Click on "Call"
• Confirm the Address that appears
• The system, as soon as it finds the available Taxi, will indicate cab's initials, waiting minutes and Globix code
• At the end of the ride you will need to click on the green button with the "€" symbol
• In the upper right-hand corner, choose Globix and enter the amount that the Taxi Driver will tell the user.

NB: If the cell phone entered during registration is not recognized by Globix you will not be able to use the service, in this case you must interface with your convention manager who will contact Globix's service department.
