What is the waiting time for booking ?
Thanks to our widespread presence throughout the Milan area, we are able to meet our customers' requests in really quick time; moreover, by booking with the IN TAXI App, there are no waiting times.
When booking in advance, the taxi driver will leave about 10 minutes earlier than the scheduled time to avoid delays due to unforeseen circumstances or traffic.

Although our cabs are "Pet-Friendly," but don't forget to communicate the presence of your furry friend; also, by booking through the IN TAXI App, you can specify the size of your 4-legged friend whether it is small, large, or in a cage!
How can I pay for the cab ride ?
All our cabs are equipped with the latest payment tools, accepting all major credit cards including the Satispay payment system.
In case you need an invoice you have to request it directly from the taxi driver making the ride, as each taxi driver is a freelancer.
It is important to remember that cabs are charged per route and not per person, so if you are traveling in small groups, of 3,4,5 people for example, or otherwise up to the capacity of the cab, the cost will still be the same if you are all headed to the same destination.
Are there additional charges for booking in advance ?
NO: there is no extra charge for the booking service, in case of booking in advance you only pay for the initial shot of the ride and the meter with which the taxi driver arrives, considering that the booking is sent about 10 minutes earlier to the taxi driver, who will then arrive a few minutes early to avoid making the customer wait.
Only the minutes taken by the cab to reach the pick-up point will then be charged.
Is it safe to take a cab at this moment in history ?
We have always been attentive to the safety of our passengers by paying special attention to the most fragile and sensible people.
Since the beginning of the Covid-19 period, we have equipped our cabs with plexiglass panels and all medical supplies to make the ride safe; in addition, all our cabs are periodically sanitized at our headquarters, with machinery and sanitizers set up and absolutely up to standard.

I just arrived at the station or airport, can I book a cab ?
Unfortunately, in Milan it is forbidden (by Regional Regulations) to book cabs at airports, such as Malpensa and Linate, and at stations where, however, it is always possible to find at the appropriate stations, the cars of our fleet recognizable by the red initials applied to the center of the doors.
Important to note that cabs REGULAR are always and only white, with a cab license number displayed and with the guarantee of a taximeter WELL VISIBLE as a guarantee and for the protection of all customers, in addition, the Milan municipality has set predetermined cab fares to and from airports and major points of interest in the city (such as the Rho Fairgrounds).

What is web cab ?
Web cab or web cab refers to the service of booking and calling cabs through a web portal, accessible through a PC, tablet or smartphone.
It is a service aimed mainly at companies, hotels, restaurants, but also at individuals who often use cabs, and who have the ability to access the Internet for booking.

How long in advance should you request the cab ?

In the case of reservations, however, the search for the nearest cab is done a few minutes before the scheduled time, so that we can be as accurate as possible in the search and on time, so as not to cause delays to the user.
When is the cab meter operated ?
The taximeter, the instrument used to set the cab fare, must be operated by the taxi driver at the time he accepts the ride.
This moment, if the cab is taken "on the fly" or at the cab stand, coincides with the moment the customer gets on board; on the contrary, if the cab is requested by advance reservation or if by "at home" request, the taximeter is triggered at the moment the cab driver accepts the ride through his on-board apparatus and at the moment the customer is told the cab's arrival code, so the customer will find upon arrival a taximeter that takes into account the departure fare and the minutes it takes the taxi driver to get to him.
Is it possible to request an invoice for the cab ride ?
The ride and its payment is an agreement between the principal, i.e., the user who requests the ride, and the lender, i.e., the taxi driver who makes the ride; that said, it is useful to remember that only the lender can issue an invoice for the work performed, so one must remember to always request during or at the end of the ride the invoice from the taxi driver.
Our radio cab cannot intervene if the request is made after the fact, precisely because we cannot interfere between the two actors in the performance.
