Forgot something about a cab 8585 ?
It may happen that in the daily rush or in the darkness of the evening, items of all kinds are lost in the cab, ranging from cell phones, to bags and purses of all kinds and types, to eyeglasses, beauty and documents of all kinds.
Inquiries via telephone
In almost all cases, the taxi driver who notices what remains on board his car keeps it aside waiting to be called back by the call center operators, obviously bearing in mind the not insignificant fact that, especially for valuables, the whole thing is very often linked to the correctness of the person who is picked up on the next ride i.e., that customer who gets on afterwards returns everything honestly.
That being said, the safety of traveling with a cab 02.8585, also consists in having left your telephone contact to our operators and to the fact that they can instantly and as quickly as possible, contact the taxi driver who will return what was found and in his possession, demonstrating how efficient, safe and convenient is traveling by cab 02.8585.
The Lost and Found.
In case no request is received by the Radiotaxi within the time frame of 24h. , the taxi driver will in any case be obliged to deliver the found material to the Lost and Found Office dependent on the sector Citizen Services of the Municipality of Milan, located at Via Friuli 30, open Monday to Friday, all day, from h. 8:30 to h.16:00.
Request for receipt or invoice
The ride and its payment is an agreement between the principal, i.e., the user requesting the ride, and the lender, i.e., the taxi driver making the ride; that being said, it is useful to remember that only the lender can issue an invoice or receipt for the work performed, so one must remember to always request during or at the end of the ride the invoice from the taxi driver.
Our radio cab cannot intervene if the request is made after the fact, precisely because we cannot interfere between the two actors in the performance.

If you paid for the cab with an ATM or credit card check the receipt or receipt issued by the taxi driver so you can help us identify the car and driver.
Requests that are incomplete, or without valid directions to be able to conduct a search, will not be considered.
Email inquiries are handled Monday through Friday during our office hours by our technical, sales and administrative departments.
I would like to report a disservice
Have you experienced a disruption during a ride on our cabs ? It is possible to send an email report to our disciplinary committee.
All reports must be made via email and dmust accurately contain all information related to the disservice.
However, it is always possible to also contact us by phone to try to get quick clarification about a run that has been made.
It is very important to know your opinions both about our cabs and the booking service, whether it is done by phone, with an operator or with IRIS or via app InTaxi. If you have used the app, at the end of the ride you will be asked for your rating of the ride and the taxi driver, and you can also leave a rating on the usability of the app via store Google o Apple.
